Shaun and Sara Brentrup, opened Children's Garden Preschool in 2005. Sara has Associate of the Arts and Bachelor of the Arts degrees in Early Childhood Education with a minor in business administration. Shaun has Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Physical Education. Both teachers are certified in child CPR/First Aid and participate in yearly training programs. The Brentrup's are experienced curriculum writers and preschool developers.

Beginning this fall, Sara will be the full-time teacher at Children's Garden Preschool and the main face you'll see at school each day. Sara enjoys traveling with her family, listening to music, and writing curriculum.

To keep up with the latest trends and research in Early Childhood Education, the teachers are members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and attend NAEYC Early Childhood Conferences and online courses for continuing education. 

Sara and Shaun have 5 children, ages 10-18. Their family enjoys traveling and going to hockey games and concerts.
