Our Junior Preschool Program was developed to give young children their first exposure to a school setting. We spend time practicing appropriate social interactions and learning the routines and procedures of going to school. In additional to plenty of creative play time, we work on improving skills, such as using art tools, name writing, etc. During the first weeks of school, we spend time easing the children into the school routine. We take it slow, but start the routine and stick with it from the beginning. This method helps eliminate most discipline issues. The children gradually learn what happens during each part of the day, what happens next, and what the expectations are. We work to make sure children are able to bond with us, allowing them to feel safe and secure in the classroom. This allows them to be able to learn to the best of their ability! We keep our classroom vibes light and fun so they look forward to coming each day.

Our Jr. Preschool curriculum was designed to be appropriate for children who are 3-4 years old. We have created an exciting theme-based, hands-on curriculum for our youngest students. We have organized our curriculum to give the children an introduction to early literacy and expose them to hands-on activities based in art, science & nature, early math, gross & fine motor movements, sign language, music, social-emotional concepts, and more. We also provide the children plenty of time for creative play each day!

* The school year runs from September 2, 2026 through May 19, 2027.

* Jr. Preschool classes are for children two years away from Kindergarten (will start K Fall 2028) and have turned 3 by 4/1/26. 

* Jr. Preschool classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:50 - 11:30 a.m. (Drop off 8:50-9:00 a.m. Pick up at 11:30 a.m.)

* Children should turn 3 years old by April 1, 2026.

* We limit our Jr. Preschool class sizes to 11-12 students.

* School year tuition is $2500 or 10 payments of $250.

* Snacks, supplies, and field trips are included in your first payment.

* Class A - Tuesday/Thursday mornings with Sara

* Children must be potty-trained, wear underwear, and use the bathroom independently.

* Students will need a FULL SIZE backpack or large tote bag with an extra set of clothes stored inside. No other school supplies are needed. Thanks!
